Letha is an unincorporated community in Gem County, Idaho, United States. The community is located 8 mi west of Emmett. The Payette River flows northeast of Letha.

Lita was founded by V. W. Wilton and a Colonel Barnard and named Victorias daughter, letha Wilton. It was built approximately midway along the railway line from Emmett to new Plymouth, in the expectation that it will become a major railway centre, although this did not happen, of summer today remains a service center for nearby farms and ranches. The community includes fire, religious facilities and manufacturing facilities. Higher education, police, medical and legal services are in nearby Emmett.
